This tiny increase is really good considering I went out in the capital city last night and ate a full izakaya meal followed by (surprise) prosecco and a cheese platter at a gig we attended after. My husband also cooked pork belly the night before: even in an air fryer that has quite a few calories!
56.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
