Finally out of the 187s. I never wanna go back, but they say you should never say never. My husband is fishing this weekend, that’s the hardest time to be good. I usually do chores and snack.😳

It is an ongoing battle, a lifelong struggle. I thought I had it beat several times when I finally came to the realization, you never have it "beat." We have to learn a new way of living, eating, and being.

You’re right skydiverjim, it has been a long time since I have lost this weight, but I think leaning the new habit of not eating at night has been the life change that I needed.

You really touched me D, thank you and have a fantastic Valentines Day! You’re right there are times not to be too strict with yourself and that is on this chocolate day coming up. ❤️ My husband rarely brings home takeout, dang it, but he does cook often and it is always delicious, except his rice. He is so proud of it too, so I can’t say anything, I just try to mix it in with something.😁 I loved your backing up slowly remark, your the best!

ha ha...i think most of my intake comes from snacking. i changed what I snacked on. Im brain wadhing myself into how good these snacks are. lol
