At last a decent drop. I have been good this week despite 2 birthday dinners and cakes. I have upped my running too. I am on holiday next week so need to endeavour not to undo all the good work...
55.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
