Ugh. Really lightweight PJs today. Thought even with the pain and massage that it would go down just a tad. Nope. Went up just a tad lol. Also forgot to ask my dr about the weight going up recently. She wouldn’t have been worried about it at all because she’s a big believer in looking to be at a healthy weight and having labs and such to prove good health rather than the actual weight, clothing size or what the charts say. That’s a good thing but she probably would’ve just told me I won’t be losing weight until we get this nerve issue figured out and I can get back in the gym 2-3x a week would be my guess. Zoom should call me by end of the week to schedule an MRI so we can see what’s going on and which nerves to set up a detailed plan of action. I don’t want the expense of an MRI but I am curious and if it’ll help them figure out what to do to make the pain stop then that’s what I’ll do! Hopefully it won’t be thousands of dollars like the one I had at the hospital! I hate wasting anything, especially money and food, but I won’t know if it’s a waste of money until we get the results. Better to do it and know I guess. I’d been hoping for PT immediately as massage is only working for a few hours to maybe 2 days tops now. Chiropractor made it worse or at the very least didn’t help this last time.

That being said, I slept in bed rather than the recliner last night. It was the best sleep I’ve had in weeks! The night before in the recliner was good too. Both times I slept on my side rather than my back. Bad for the neck but I just don’t sleep well on my back! My watch told me for the first time I met my 8 hour sleep goal. I’ve met it before but my watch says I’m up and awake if I’m restless and tossing in my sleep. So last night I slept like a log lol. Yay me! Weight still didn’t go down a couple ounces lol.
57.1 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So far the 600mg gabapentin with 800mg Advil is working way better than 300+800! I could actually lift weights tonight! Had to stretch my shoulder and neck after every set starting about halfway through by it was worth it! Also didn’t do what I was doing last year but that’s to be expected.
