Debbie Cousins's Journal, 20 Feb 21

Well, weight is up again this morning, for two reasons: (1) I only slept for 5 hours (instead of my usual 11!), and (2) no BM yesterday, and my stomach is a bit uncomfortable this morning. No worries! I'm off to a good start this morning, though. Already finished my 3rd bottle of water, and put off breakfast until 7:30, for a 16-hour fasting window. In addition to increasing the water to 15 cups today, I'm going to try to keep my Calories below 1,300. Limiting snacks today should be pretty easy, since I'm suspecting I'll get a decent nap during my eating window.
110.0 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 42.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

usually I found when I get a good time in ketosis ( can't be part time) I have trouble with constipation no matter how much water. lack of good fiber coming from real unprocessed food. once you become fat adapted that's when your body will truly lose fat not just juggling body water. keep going you're doing great.

Debbie Have you tried limiting gross carbs (not net) to 20 or 30 for a week or so to see how that works for you? I bought Macadamia nuts because they are very low in carbs. I ate an ounce yesterday and the scale was up .8# today. So not sure if it was that or the chia seed pudding which wwas an addition of fiber and carbs or eating dinner too late.

I started having regular BM once I added dates to my diet. 2-3 daily & now my plumbing works great!
