Have been on holiday for a week. Tried to be good but holiday is holiday! I exercised every day and was very disciplined all things considered so am a bit disappointed by this increase. Back in diet mode as of today...
55.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
