I’m getting back on track today. We had a great dinner last night fish , fries, and a salad, but we had it late at night so I’m gonna weigh in tomorrow and be good today.😊 Hope to exercise in there too which will be a big help. 🌺 When you sit at work it’s hard to get exercising in. 🙃
84.5 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I do coffee, sweater, and blanket too and it’s 48, Plus, I have two socks on, not because I have 2 feet, so really I have four socks.😁 Be careful in the snow😳!!
