Ok,, so yesterday my weight scales arrived and I weigh 83kg,, I estimated 80kg,, so looks like an extra 3kg to get to the goal weight..Me at 85kg.
83 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
