First proper day of eat fat to loose fat diet. fat 150g protein 90 carbs 36g.Over a bit with protein. Fat mostly from coconut oil and cheese, raw salmon. Unfortunately had severe abdominal cramps at 2am in the night;on the floor in the toilet in pain - only lasted a few minutes with diarrhoea etc. lost over 1 kg but probably false reading
