I have a hard time believing the scale. It says even less, but I’m not gonna record that till it’s verified with another day.
I think it’s all because I took the day off for the dentist, and there I like lots and lots of novocaine.
I believe one of the shots went up my sinuses which froze my nose which was OK with me! Yet, when I got out I needed to stop at the store for bleach and milk and when I parked I started sneezing and sneezing and sneezing. I couldn’t stop. I know it was the Novacaine wearing off and it had affected my sinuses.
I needed the bleach and the milk so badly I masked up twice, brought lots of Kleenex and went into the store anyway. I’m sure everyone thought I had Covid for it was horrible! I couldn’t stop sneezing!!
Came home went to bed and maybe I didn’t eat that much yesterday and that’s why the scale is low , I’ll see if it’s true tomorrow.
I think my husband was scared of me - I think he even thought I could have Covid.

Someone sneezes. No one is blessing you, they’re just giving you the evil eye and moving backwards!😞
Oh well, I’m very happy with the loss! I’m still sneezing a tiny little bit, hopefully it will stop today and I’ll try to make this a great day so I do have a good weigh in tomorrow!🌺
