Wasn't expecting this big of a fluctuation this morning. Breaking it down, muscle is up, water is up, blob is down from the day before. Did an hour on the treadmill last night (wearing ankle brace). Found a very basic indoor cycle on sale at Costco, playing with the idea of doing it, I have a health credit left from work, so I'll obsess about it all day and hope it sells out so I don't have to make a decision.

Want to work in the yard, but some dummy committed to going out for lunch and now I'm regretting it. Might try and wiggle my way out of it. Busy and time is limited, as always. That said, time to walk away from the computer. Blue skies here, time to get outside. Enjoy the day!

It was a great day, all in all! went to lunch with BF, walked the puppies, worked in the yard. life is good. hope you had a great day as well.
