The knee has improved enough that walking is normal, going up and down stairs is not. Shedding some weight has definitely helped mobility. Still can't kneel or crouch without discomfort.
106.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 36.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
