Very lucky as I didn’t gain 100lbs!🙂 If I would have entered everything I ate yesterday into my app it would have sent an ambulance to my house. 😞
Back on track today. 🌸🌞
83.0 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
