No loss or gain for this week, makes sense considering I haven't been eating the best over the past week or so and my body is starting to adjust to the amount of work I'm doing. Will have to get a bit more strict with consistency on my diet and hopefully I move downwards from there.
175.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
