I was expecting a gain as I had a humiliating 1am snack attack the other night when I couldn't sleep because I was worrying about something. Looks like I got away with it!
54.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
