No coffee as of early January. No added sugar as of 28th January. Starting to reduce down the sugars in foods to 24gms per day and expecting this to take some time as I make adjustments to my food plan. Still happy to continue gluten, lactose free and FODMAP.
68 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
