Hey, thanks guys! I did initially start the year out okay going 50 days without soft drink and substituting it with flavoured green tea sachets (0 sugar) but had a party a couple weeks back and thought I'd crack a can open and just kinda fell into old habits. But I am slowly getting back into the gist of things with my diet and weeding out anything that I shouldn't be consuming and or that makes me feel bloated. I agree with water tasting sweeter when you haven't had sugar for over a month though 😆. Cheers again for advice 🙂.
