Two days of eating less and I gained!😳
It may be that last night watched a show together as we had chips and guacamole, but I had the spare calories for it.

Never criticize someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, they won't be able to hear you from that far away. Plus, you'll have their shoes.😆🌸
82.8 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think your scale and mine had a powwow and decided they would mess eith us. I never eat Atkins products, Monday I ate a coconut bar. I had an emergency trip to take in the country no where to buy anything. Hubby had one in the glove box I ate it and today I have gained a pound. I just hope it is gone by Friday's weigh in. I love your quote that is so perfect!!! Rains

as someone who struggles with weight loss. I've found that when I start a diet, I gain the first couple days. it's like my body trying to preserve itself. but keep with it and you'll get it.

Fluid I don’t mind, but it was me not exercising thanks though.😞 Rains that was so funny about our scale, so I hope it is good to both of us this Friday! Good thing I don’t have any room in my glove compartment not even for a licorice strip.😆 Thanks PolishX5 and Damablack you’re right I am staying on the path I think I get blinded at times and step off of it. 🙃
