Debbie Cousins's Journal, 26 Mar 21

Great first day. No snacking between meals. No Diet Coke. Ate moderate portions to ease my digestive tract back into functioning. Looking forward to another good day today. Continued to stay in ketosis all through yesterday, which gave me an extra day of fat-burning. Weight up by 2 pounds this morning, which is normal when ending a fast. Hoping the oatmeal I'm having for breakfast will move things along.

It will be interesting to see how much post-fast weight comes back. I have only fasted for 24 hours. You are doing so great!
