I had a burger alarm! 🚨 I know I would have done better, but that big hamburger and nachos were so good and hit the spot. Didn’t eat much of the delicious bun though. Then I was immobile, so I am happy I had a loss at all!😊🌺 Have a wonderful Passion Sunday!🌺🔔

It must be burger day. I had one too. But with the increase in sodium from the burger and fries, I almost always see a gain the next day unless I've been particularly active ;)

Had my burger Friday night ☺🍔 I was up yesterday morning but I think more due to having a waffle 🧇🍓🍓 with strawberries for dessert.

Sounds so wonderful. I so wanted burger today but I have a Brisket that has to be smoked today. Tomorrow definately. Yum!
