Well, that came out of nowhere 😄. Ran yesterday, decent food day. Here’s to the next accomplishment! Have the best day everyone!

Thanks everyone! I decided to put the previous weight up there even though I knew it was kinda high yesterday. I’d lost a pound by later in the morning and 3 total!?!? Crazy!
