Love these weigh ins after dropping water weight. Huge boost to morale. Feeling like I'm getting back into a rhythm, getting back into a routine with diet and work. Haven't been walking much due to a heel injury so work is all I've been doing. 🙂
174 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
