Fell off the keto wagon for a while and have put a few kg on over the last 5 weeks since losing my job. Just one of those things.. emotional eating, but I'm going to get back on track again now
69.2 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
