Don’t know what happened!! How could I put on this much weight and have been behaving myself😞
68.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t let it get to you - sometimes the body likes to hold onto extra fluid, unless you know precisely how outputs match up with inputs it’s hard to predict how it will go - I had a massive blip in my chart about 10 days ago, the next morning all the excess weight/water was gone. Just keep on doing what youre doing and it will all even out in the long run.
