weight one kg heavier than last weigh in. have been remaining pretty consistent with eating though have had a couple cheat meals. just Cutting out the wine will likely get me back on track!
113 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
