just can't seem to get past under this weight 👎🤔
71.5 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know, it’s frustrating! 🤯 The plateau seems to go on forever, then one day 💥 and you’re a kilo or so lighter! Don’t try to make sense of it, just keep on going.

it's been over 2wks now & yes, very frustrating. will keep on with it tho & hope like u said one day ill be lighter n it'll be over 👍 thanks jomo

Try cut cycles. Thats what I do when I hit a plateau. You raise your calorie intake for about a week and then drop them again. Your body is like 😳 and drops the weight.

thanks rosie, ill giv that a go. i do likes tha sound of eating more calories for a full week aswell so 😁 thanks for the advice 👍
