started on Sat instead of Monday, hoping for a more positive mindset, instead of FOMO🤣 Need to be healthy and happy, fit and free to wear what I like, enjoy my children.....started Geicsching last weekend with kids, was fun to explore and mindless exercise.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
