🌟👍🏻🌟 Fantastic! I’m going to make sure I have plenty of water 💦 today too. It really does work!

Feeling bloated and tired today, weighed heavier, didnt want to record it, still drank my 3ltr, hard at work today, frequent toilet stops. Has any one else noticed, when you increase yr water, the more water you need, i have a dry mouth, seem more thirsty? ? Thoughts? Thanks everyone🌸

You’re likely flushing out your electrolytes if you still feel you need more water and have a dry mouth. Don’t get me wrong, water is great, but too much will mess with sodium and potassium levels and cause issues. Look at https://drinklmnt.com/pages/the-science

Thanks, I got myself a zero Gatorade, for electrolytes, I can see how my sudden increase in water, has over flushed my system, I might add a hydralyte to 1 bottle each day, see how I feel. 👍
