I do! I just missed a day due to busy, busy, busy from dawn to midnight. Every other day it’s the first thing I do (almost).

Thankyou, glad I'm not the only one. I find it jst keeps me on track and if I slip up the scales normally punish me the next day 😂

Apparently the most up to date studies show that those that weigh daily (or several times a week)tend to lose more weight...I agree, I think it just focuses the mind

Weighing in daily is not about whether or not the measurement is strictly accurate! It’s about the process, being consistent and being accountable to yourself.
Sure onboard fluid and food levels vary - that’s no excuse for not wanting to know.
And people the latest research shows that those who weigh every day lose more weight and keep it off.

I do it to be accountable. However, I always prefer to go by what the tape measure says. Sometimes I don't lose weight but I do lose inches :)
