I haven't eaten much other than dinner the last few days, I feel like my appetite is sort of out of whack, I think it's partially due to me having later starts so I don't follow a schedule as strictly, staying up later waking up later kind of thing. I might have to set an alarm earlier and go for a walk perhaps in the morning to get me started. Either way, the weight seems to be melting off me for now, so that's a good sign 😅.
166.6 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i do nightshifts , i defiantly think our sleep patterns effect our weight ect , :( so i hear you lol

Yea, late dinners are basically life at the moment, and it's not always the healthiest thing I go for after a long shift 😅

👍🏻🌟 It’s a great sign squidbricks 🦑🧱 Walking first thing will help melt it faster as will delaying the first meal of the day .
