Thanks Trish, slowly but surely......I was chatting to a lady yesterday at work, she was complaining about her weight, she's 36wks preg, I told her not to stress about it, just look fwd to yr baby, you will bounce back.....I told her I weigh more than my full term preg weight plus a few kgs🤣I made her happy, as my weight didn't come on really, until my baby was 6yo.....it was slow and crept up on me.....so I am going to lose it slowly, maintain and feel better for me and my family. Xx hope you are wonderful Trish, and feeling better💐

🥰💐have you tried Air-physio? Or Salin plus, both Australian companies, non medicated.....there is a product called Astra Forte, liquid form is better, homeopathic, excellent for regaining lung health, immunity.....wishing you good health Trish🌸

Angel I am on lots of medication, and oxygen, for chronic obstructive pulmonary Disease, don't need any more, thanks anyway, 🥰💐
