60 hrs into the fast, drinking minimum 4l of Water and Tea, supplementing with CLA, Carnitine, Multivitamin. I have been carrying on as per norm and gone to the gym everyday since the fast. Happy with Weight-loss, Ketones @2.7mmol/L now starting to pick up. Right - Just to let you know how I feel after 60hrs fast- honestly I can say it is a bit up and down, I feel great now but yesterday I had bouts of lethargy, slept late, woke up at about 2am to relieve myself, was feeling faint, heart was racing, feel back into bed, made up my mind fast ends when I wake up, then woke up feeling great. So bit all over the show but definitely happy with ketone levels weight loss, also muscles looking more pumped 36 hrs ago they had become deflated. Maybe I will take it to 84hrs, will see
