Didn't lose any weight from yesterday in fact it when I put a pound but I did lose an inch from my waist. Waist is now 35.5, down from 37.5. So that's good.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
