Hi Narale. Thank you so much. I’m happy to have motivated you. My first lifestyle change was completely cutting sugar for 6 weeks as I knew that had a big impact on the weight I had gained. Then I calculated a caloric deficit based on my height, age, weight etc using this app. Initially I just tracked my calories and once I started seeing some progress I focused on hitting my macro targets. Pretty much I just eat as clean and unprocessed as possible (always allowing for dinners out and special occasions) As for exercise, I do a mixture of running, HITT, strength and resistance training and every morning I do half an hour of yoga that is strength and mobility based which I believe changed my body the most. I hope this helps. Good luck on your weight loss. If you have any more questions I’m happy to answer x
