Finally hit the 15kg mark! It's taken me 6 months to lose due to wrecking my body with a lifetime of yoyo and starvation diets. Slowly getting it back to normal.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
