so my first day I'm finding it hard to eat that much food 2100cal. although not eating well made me gain this weight .. I can't wait progress .. !!!
82 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeh making up the calories with healthy food can be difficult sometimes (I get so sick of grilled chicken breast) but finding new recipes online to keep it interesting helps alot.

if your trying to incorporate more healthy calories into your diet I would suggest tofu, chickpeas, lentils, oatmeal (for breakfast) and lots of fruits 😁

Thanks guys .. although I still think 2100 cal is to much so I have gone down to 1500cal see how I go....thank guys for the tips on food and recipes..
