Zig zags are normal. 😁 When I was in PT/chiro for my arthritis, they had a chart with a jagged line--up and down--to simulate the healing process. Not a straight diagonal, where you improve a little every day; but up some days and down some days. It was to keep people from getting discouraged when a given day was worse than the day before. I apply this philosophy to weight loss too--some weeks I won't lose as much, or not at all, and maybe even gain. But as long as we're zig zagging in the right direction overall, it's good. 👍
