Restarted exercise yesterday after a break. i was worried I was going to gain weight when I stopped but I'm glad I stuck with healthy portion eating which helped me shed the weight off.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
