I'm getting closer to double digits, not going to lie, I'm happy about this. The switch in my eating habits is working - low carb/sort of keto/portion sizing.
After a slack week of not walking much last week I've made more of an effort to not sit around as much. Being a Pokémon Go player helps keep me aware of my walking, last week I missed the 25 km bonus after only walking 15 km, so yeah a bit slack.
100.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
