weigh in this morning. It was around 109.5 but weight has been up and down, am now managing hydration alot better, with new 5meals + snack per day intake, plus LOTS of water (probably 2-4 litres today) which has hydrated my after my heavy dehydrated state over the weekend (lots of work n training and not enough fluids, plus it was very hot!)
109.5 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
