It has taken 40 days to loose 10 kilos. As the rate of weight loss has slowed over this time I shall target 50 days (end of November) for the next 10 kilos.
110.8 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
