Another 500g gone. I need to find more keto recipes to make eating more interesting. In the meantime yay for baby spinach and seaweed snacks.

You can find lots of keto recipes on Pinterest . I am with you on not having boring food . This exercise should be sustainable. Great job on your loss 💕💕
