Not happy with myself with this gain, got to try harder and cut out a lot of the meals with pasta I think, or have them at lunch instead of dinner.
106 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

or even try spinach pasta or wholemeal .. ☺️

All pasta is carb no matter what sort you eat. I don't eat alot of pasta ec being gluten intolerant and found this helped heaps first of and loss 10kgs. This next 10kgs seems to be alot harder though with Covid restrictions. Keep up calorie counting and some exercise everyday 30mins if possible. We all have our ups and downs just keep on track as much possible. Do something is better than nothing. Good luck with your goals.😀🙏👐

I love pasta, so if I eat it it's pretty much my only decent meal for the day...very careful with what else I eat in the day so macros and nutrients are still balanced.

Thank you for your comments I will take each one on, first step I will make my own wholemeal pasta.

look into intermittent fasting it's what I do it works for me :) I lost 35kgs in 6 months unfortunately I gained it all back a few years later but that's cuz I'm a stress eater

I've tried zucchini/courgette spaghetti. It's low carb and delicious. Some people make it from pometto, too. Sounds terrific.
