Last time I did 'keto' I was successful at losing weight but not as well as I am this time around. I guess last time must have been more like lazy keto. This time I am paying more attention to the carbs and I can see a distinct difference.
96.5 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
