Feeling every minute of a calorie deficit 😅
This Saturday four weeks left to hit stage.
Feeling flat as a tack though it’s petal to the metal.
Mentally physically and psychologically challenged. 💯
57 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am hearing you girl! I’m actually being tested for insulin resistance next week. I have family history of diabetics on both sides so it something I should monitor
