Got slack with my diet and exercise this week and it shows, I need a swift kick up the backside, more motivation and getting consistent needs to be a top priority next week.
105.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm a bit if a mixed bag when it comes to music, I listen to Mandisa, beckah Shae, newsboys, Godsmack, Hillsong United, Planetshakers, random hero, Chris Tomlin, Lincoln Brewster, Rachel Platten, skillet, Dixie chicks. It depends on my mood but most of the time I try to pick songs that uplift me. For workout music I stick to skillet, beckah Shae and Rachel Plattens " fight song".
