surprised, considering I had two relaxed days of eating my sons birthday and I wanted a gluten free pizza (I am gluten intolerant) on another night. Tried only eating half but 😂
94.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
