Weight loss slowed a little in the past week and for two days I've been getting the urge to snack mid-morning (didn't cave into the urge). It's like my body has figured out what's going on and is saying 'Oi, what are you doing? You're not feeding me the carbs I like ... go on and eat, you know that you want to. I have been ignoring this and sticking with the diet even when I went to a staff meeting the other morning, food was provided, none of it good, pastries, croissants with ham and cheese, yogurt with syrupy fruit dollops on top. I stuck with my black coffee and other staff thought I was odd 🙂
93.5 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week

Congratulations you are keeping your “ toddler “ in check !! It’s your thoughts that is trying to keep you safe. Sounds odd but that is what the brain does. It always tries to keep you safe and get you to do what you habitual did, cause it felt good. Not necessary good for you . Now it’s revolting to the new regime as a toddler would do 😂 . So think about it as you are raising a toddler and you are in command ❤️

Great job. yeah cravings can be tough. Especially bakery goods (not that I can eat them anymore, even as a treat). I eat low sugar (zero sugar) jelly. But if it triggers other cravings probably don't. It doesn't for me. But congratulations.
