I have no idea how this happened. I ate one bad meal with 1000 cals extra on Saturday. I didn't weigh yesterday and this morning I've gained 1.3Kgs??? I have been taking anti inflam and nurofen as well.
78.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I did the same on Saturday and have been sitting 0.7kg heavier for 2 days. I think I'm bloated from the dodgy pizza 😝
