Have gone almost full keto last week, not impressed by sub-par weight-loss. Will reintroduce my yoghurts and brocolli from week before. Do not have my ketone meter but given what I have eaten those ketones would have to be high. Will be focusing on more sleep and well being.
145.6 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 58.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think it will take about 2 weeks for keto diet starts to work

It can take a month or longer to get into ketosis. Your body needs to use up all free glucose and stored glucose in body. But nothing wrong with being low carb (broccoli is keto friendly though).

One kilo of broccoli is also "keto-friendly"? And, btw, you would never run out "stored glucose", just check what that awful gluconeogenesis process can do your body! :-)

I would check out Stephanie keto Person. She has lots of science base information and whether or not it's the right approach for you. She doesn't advise it for everyone. Or a much slower adaption.

I believe the daily carb allowance for keto diet is 20g, and can go up to 50g if you do a lot of body training. So a little bit of carbs from non starchy vegetables are absolutely ok.

Thanks all for the comments, my body is in keto based on measurements from my blood ketone meter. I go upto approx 3.0mmol/L which is great but weight-loss was minimal (1.2kg for the week) of which I expected more. I am now back on Chobani Fit yoghurt, 15g Protein, 6g Carbs, I have 2-3 of them and berries together with meat (Hot Chicken - Chilly) and green tea. Yesterday I lost 700g so I think there is something in the Green tea, yoghurt and almonds that gets my metabolism going. I also feel better overall than on full keto and I am not sluggish. I know I might be missing something so I am all ears, but just going with what works for me will keep recording progress.

I have been in keto for around 5 weeks now . keep my carbs to between 30-40 grams a day. shedding heaps and full of energy. might need to up my calories soon though as I am burning heaps more as time goes on....
